- Constant, irrational fear and worry

- Persistent feelings of sadness or worthlessness
- Loss of interest in hobbies and activities
- Inability to relax

What Is Anxiety Disorder
A person suffering from anxiety disorder finds it very difficult to lead a normal life as because this negative mental state hampers their life from all section including social, educational, family, relatives, employment, education etc.
In simple term, anxiety drains out all the energy of its affected person and in the long term, it takes the form of depression which is one of the severe mental health conditions and needs very tough efforts to relieve completely.When your stress is severe and persists for a long time it takes the form of anxiety.
It is simply a feeling of fear which can occur due to any incident or situation like anxiety may happen on the very first day of school, office, first meeting with your partner, relocation to a new city, for giving a speech on very first time in life, interacting with new people etc.
This means whenever you feel a lack of confidence in yourself it makes you fearful and nervous hence you start developing the symptom of anxiety. If anxiety exists for a few days then it is ok and you can cope up with its own. However, if anxiety exists for more than six months then it takes the form of anxiety disorder and needs professional help.

Things Almost Everyone Gets Wrong About Managing Anxiety
Chances are likely, depending on the severity of your symptoms, that you may benefit from being on medication. If youre thinking, Nope, absolutely notI dont want to rely on anything, then Ill challenge you with this: Is your quality of life getting better each day, or you struggling to make it through the day? Is your own contempt about medication, prior to investigation, really worth it? Have you done your research on anti-anxiety and depression medications, such as SSRIs, to the point where you know enough about them, or are you making a blanket statement that you refuse to take medications?
Ask yourself these difficult questions. For me, it was incredibly helpful to be working with a therapist who I trusted and with whom I developed a strong rapport with before making these decisions with her help and guidance.
We dont overcome depression we dont prevail over anxiety. We accept that we have them, and we treat them effectively. We cant think our way out of a clinical or chemical issue. We cant self will our way into happiness, groundedness, and wholeness.
There is so much freedom in surrendering to the stark truth that we cant do this on our own.

These two networks are inversely correlated, meaning that the more present you are in one network, the less you are in the opposite. For example, if youre washing dishes but your thoughts are on a meeting coming up tomorrow, you may be less likely to notice the cut on your finger because your direct experience network is less active.
Inversely, if you intentionally put your focus on incoming sensory data, such as the feeling of the water on your hands while you wash, it reduces activation of the narrative circuitry in your brain .
This means that you can directly influence how present you are by putting your attention on what you notice through the senses . When you are more present through this second network , it reduces the activity in your brain that is responsible for overthinking and stress.
In short: you can reduce states of anxiety and depression by being more aware of the sensations of your current experience.

Use Caution In Selecting The Initial Antidepressant Dose For Anxious Patients
The usual starting doses for selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors and serotonin norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors were established primarily through studies of patients with major depression and may be too high for patients with significant levels of anxiety. Anxious patients may have increased anxiety, agitation or even panic attacks with standard starting doses. Starting at half the usual dose for four to six days before increasing to the typical starting dose can greatly improve tolerability and adherence.19
